"Many thanks for the cheque for $200, which I received yesterday!  It was a terrific surprise and great timing too.
Thanks for all your help over the years and we will be in touch in the new year.  We are hoping to reconsolidate and buy an investment property.
Also, thanks for your help with Mum.  She is in the place at Coochie Mudlo at the moment and I have been helping her with buying furniture and settling in....... The kids are very excited to be spending some holiday time with mum at the 'new place' on the island."
